Grant cycles have changed from last year. Please see our letter to community from last Fall announcing a shift in the Foundation’s priorities. This is the Foundation’s second grant round and is focused on the “striving” part of the economic mobility continuum, particularly programs that support job training and credential attainment that lead to higher wages. All efforts should be focused on low to moderate income individuals, families and communities within the Foundation’s 16 town funding region. Please keep in mind that FBCF is prioritizing funding to requests that serve Bristol, the Farmington Valley, and New Britain in particular.
